I went to my orthodontist today. Along with power chains, I now got 2 elastics on my front teeth. The power chains are quite painful. The elastics are quite awkward and hard to open my mouth as they pull my both upper and bottom front teeth as soon as I open my mouth. Endurance...endurance... for getting straight teeth one day...
歯列矯正クリニックに通院してきました。歯と歯を強力に引っ張るパワーチェーンといういう装置に加えて、輪ゴムも２個装着することに。パワーチェーンは結構痛い。輪ゴムは、口を開けようとする瞬間に上下の前歯が同時に引っ張られるので、すごい違和感。でも我慢・・・我慢・・・これも綺麗なまっすぐな歯になる為のプロセス・・・
